PTPTN DEBT COLLECTION
National Higher Education Fund Corporation (PTPTN) is reported to be engaging Debt Collectors to go after student who defaulted in paying their loans.
Higher Education Minister, Datuk Dr Shafie Mohd Salleh said the debt collectors would be appointed by a soon-to-be established special PTPTN Loans Recovery Team.
Those who had experienced being hunted by debt collectors knows that these co-called debt collectors from legitimate agencies had often used tactics such as harassment of customers (by calling at their dwelling place, offices and handphones), using abusive languages or threatening languages, and probably embarrassing them in public places.
Why is it that the Government cannot use legal and legitimate actions enshrined in the Legislature to resolve their own self-created problem instead of resorting to these self-made, commercially legalised “Gangsters”?
Isn't the Minister promoting gangsterism by using the same techniques of "Ah Longs"?
Question: So, whats the difference between gangsters and ministers?
Answer: They react the same way and apply the same techniques to solve problems of money collection.
If the failure is caused by the system, this corrective actions proposed will not solved the problem.

"TWO" (2) WRONGS DO NOT MAKE "ONE" (1) RIGHT.
Farcical and ludicrous proposals will beget preposterous and recalcitrant reactions.
