Kayveas Friendly Request, Not an Ultimatum.

Najib said Barisan Nasional is unfazed by PPP threat.

According to Najib, BN is not worried by PPP's threat to leave the coalition if demands for more electoral seats are not met.

Najib was responding to the news report carried in NST on July 29, where it was reported that PPP president Kayveas had threatened that the party will leave the BN if it is not allowed to contest all the seats it held 30 odd-years ago.

The report said the ultimatum was given by it’s president M.Kayveas on the eve of the party’s 54th anniversary.

“All that we are asking for is to return of those seats to us. “There are 4 parliamentary seats, 79 local council seats and the post of Datuk Bandar of Ipoh. They were once held by the PPP,” Kayveas said.

However, today NST reported Kayveas denial.

“There was no such ultimatum.

"All I did was make a request.

"It was a friendly request.

"I was misquoted,” Kayveas affirmed.

Who is Mr Kayveas? And what does PPP stands for? I think is is for Pandai Panjat Pokok. Then it must be for monkeys only. They should be asking for more bananas instead seats.

This KVS is a fool. He should have made enough noise of being misquoted not until after Nazib told him to go. He is a liar.

He tried his luck but nobody cares two hoots for him. I bet he is going to lose his Taiping seat in the coming elections, or is it because he has been forewarned he would not be in line the next time.

The party was at its best with the Seenivasagam brothers around, especially D.R. They had charisma and they were fighters. Kayveas can only fight with an Enforcement Officer. He cannot even lick the boots of S.P. or D.R.

As a lawyer, Kayveas is certainly not smart. The writing is already on the wall that the PPP is irrelevant to the BN. The happy goons who will be happy will be Gerakan or MCA as they have been eyeing this seat for some time now. They are so insignificant in the BN. At least when they leave and go on their own, they may even get more seats in Parliament or the State Assembly and with this, they can then use it as a bargaining chipto get back into the BN fold {i.e. if the BN still wants them]; and if they fail to do so, at least they still can walk tall. This is integrity we are talking about and Kayveas just doesn't have it!
