Bina Puri Sdn. Bhd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Bina Puri Holdings Bhd. was appointed the Main Contractor on 13 July 2011 for the project known as “Cadangan Pusat Pentadbiran Negeri Sabah, Teluk Likas, Kota Kinabalu, Sabah (Fasa 1 – Kerja-kerja Pembangunan)” for a contract sum of RM388,737,737.00. The duration of the construction period is 30 months.

Bina Puri Holdings Bhd, via its wholly-owned unit Bina Puri Construction Sdn Bhd, has been awarded a contract worth RM470.34mil for the proposed development of a tourist recreational and commercial development at KK Times Square (Phase II) in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah.
“The development for KK Times Square (Phase II), consists of a four-storey tourist arcade, a basement car park with retail/arcade, five blocks of service apartments comprising 631 units, and a five-storey elevated car park along the coastal highway at Sembulan, in a prime area of Kota Kinabalu
KK Times Square is a sprawling, 23-acre development in Kota Kinabalu. KK Times Square is being built in two phases.
