Naked Chinese Girl - Who Shot That Video?

Who Shot the Video? The police is not investigating the police officer who they contented was just doing her duty. The immediate probe is to go after the perpetrator behind the video clip.

"It is the perpetrator behind the video footage whom we are after and not the policewoman, who was carrying out a routine check."

- Deputy IGP Datuk Seri Musa Hassan

According to North Seberang Perai OCPD Asst Comm Mazlan Lazim, the police should continue strip-search suspects.

ACP Mazlan believes it is the most effective way to ensure no foreign object is brought into the police lock-up.

If the suspect is a drug addict or a murderer, the strip search may seem appropriate. However, in the case of suspected prostitute, what does the police intend to discover from the strip search? Foreign object such as condom, penis rings, genital ticklers, vibrator, blow-up dolls, or venereal disease.

The police may have forgoten the objectives of such acts. Often, they had been seen to act with such wide discretionary power and options and many at times, it is the will and fancies that dictate their actions. Every actions taken and every single decision must always be appropriate and the rule of natural justice must prevail.

At the same time, we hear the call by Home Affair Minister Datuk Azmi Khalid to all victims of police abuses to come forward to assist the police with information that helps in their investigations. According to Azmi, the government is willing to provide protection to the naked woman doing ear squats if she is willing to come forward and give evidence.

I don't think anyone of the victims dare come forward as the words of Azmi is suspicious and lack credibility. He says the government is "willing to protect them" but the word "WILLING" lacks assurance of safety of witnesses. Willingness is not the same as guarantee. Azmi do not guarantee the safety of these victims. What he say is, he is willing to protect, and willingness is subjected to the availability of personnel, facility or resources, and the surrounding circumstances. If he says, the government "SHALL" protect, then it is construed as a guarantee of the safety witnesses and that it will ensure that the witnesses will be 100% shielded from any form of duress, undue influence, threats, provocations, harassments, and include proper treatment and cordial interrogation in a conducive environment.

Knowing fully well how the police force had always acted, the risk of doing good will be futile and the reward is trashing and disasterous if you dare try. Just try go to any police station and say you want to talk about any person under arrest; you will know what's life there for the commoners. I have been to visit a friend there sometime ago, and I have learn profound knowledge.
