Policestrippers are EFFICIENT & EFFECTIVE

Cermelang, Gemilang Dan Boleh Bilang

Once upon a time, the system of public enforcement would conduct 100% inspection on suspects who they factually believed, harbours drugs in their body. Those suspects may required to strip naked and be inspected by officers of the same gender. This act would only be carried out in an isolated room and the room would be secured and is out of bound for the opposite gender officers.

Today, the police by convention, seemed to have been empowered to carry out any inspection, if it involved beauties. Now the inspection include determining the size of the body objects, the body-shape, the skin complexions, and flexibilities for peeping is allowed where male officers can exert their libidos.

Sometimes, these male officers would negotiate for trade-offs.

On Nov 3, 2004, a housewife (made-in-china and married to a Malaysian) was travelling with another Chinese international in a car when it was stopped at a police roadblock in Sungai Buloh.

Upon inspection, the Chinese woman produced their passports, but the policeman applied their knowledge of risk management and elected to suspect the documents as falsified. This is the rights and power accorded by the system. Officers are permitted to put anybody behind the chambers of terror for a few days in the name of suspicion and to facilitate investigation. The "rule of law for suspicion" has changed nowadays. It is freely used as and when an officer deems fit in their full discretion without the need of a factual basis and none of them were taught to fully understand the rule of criminalogy.

Using a hand gesture, the policeman allegedly waved the five fingers (which the Chinese International understant it as to mean RM500). Maybe, if the doe pass hand, the discretion will change and the officer will be enlightened by the divine being, and will become arcane.

Since both of them were carrying valid passports, these Chinese internationals believed the rule of natual justice will prevail and thereby, refused to contribute to the requested "road-tax". The follies resulted in them having to spent the nights at the lockup.

At the police station, a policewoman took five pieces of RM10 notes from her handbag as samples for DNA and other scientific test in order to determine whether any illegal drugs had been transformed into molecules and encrypt within the dollar bill. The money was divided among four police personnel to conduct 4 different test to show independent results and avoid collaboration.

During a body search at the police station, the girls were instructed to take off her clothes. A policewoman grabbed their breasts as there is a possibility that the drugs could be implanted within (the breast was soft, so unlikely to have any object within). Then the officer slap her, hopefully, that some drugs hidden in the teeth or mouth will drop down - it didn't, only the artificial dentures dropped!

Since nothing was found in her breast and mouth, the girls were then forced to take off their undergarments and do five ear squats. The inspection is necessary in order to check whether they had hidden it in their assholes or cunts. The ear squat and hopping was necessary to shake the objects out from the shit-passage or the cunties. Nothing drop from it.

At the same time, somehow, the girls saw peeping Toms and they screamed for "joy".

When her husband showed up later at the police station with their marriage certificate, the investigating officer also refused to consider the document as genuine. This is all about risk management which the police had learnt from the seminars - they are train to be risk averse.

The two Chinese women were only released on Nov 7 after the Immigration Department confirmed their passports were genuine.

Seputeh MP Theresa Kok accompanied the housewife to lodge a complaint at the Federal police disciplinary division and the Anti-Corruption Agency the next day.

In another complaint, an investigating officer allegedly asked a remisier for cash when he came to the station after learning that the police had detained his friend’s wife, also a Chinese national.

The sergeant allegedly refused to speed up the passport verification process unless cash was paid. The remisier said the policeman did not demand a specific amount.

Petaling Jaya OCPD, ACP Mohd Hazam Abdul Halim said he would leave it to the Federal police and the ACA to investigate the complaints.

He, however, advised the housewife to also lodge a police report at the district police headquarters here for investigations to be conducted.

The story ends here ... however, this is only an episode ...it will be continued as the series is long and the scripts are volumnous.

AAB should be in Malaysia sorting out the police mess rather than going all the way to Lesotho.

Just when you think they are taking some positive action with the anti-corruption drive.
