Trouble Bridge over Water

The Star's article today called it:
"Bridge over troubled waters"

Would it be more appropriate to say it is:

Trouble over Bridge and Water?

What's the problem? I am sure Singapore will be happy to have the bridge. But why the objection? Is it because of water? Is it because they are afraid of Tanjung Pelepas Port? Is it because the Island will sink? Is it because of the Railway land in Woodland? Is it because of air space? Is it because of ...ummm ... a a a Mahathir and Chok Tong?

Is it pride and prejudice?

Is it sense and insensibility?

Is it because it was necessary?

No anwer!!!!
