A Muslim husband uttered the word 'talaq' three times in his sleep. His wife told friends about it. The local Islamic leaders over heard it and pronounced that Aftab's words (the husband) constituted a divorce under the Islamic procedure known as "triple talaq". Soleha Ansari (the wife) was asked to split with her husband Aftab.
The couple had been married for 11 years with 3 children. The religious leaders ruled that if the couple wanted to remarry they would have to wait at least 100 days and Sohela would have to sleep with another man and be divorced by him in turn.
Just how is it that the Quran and the Hadith had been translated to cause hardship and sufferings to believers. If Muhammad is alive today, these Islamic leaders will be chastised.
"Women impure are for men impure, and men impure for women impure and women of purity are for men of purity, and men of purity are for women of purity; these are not affected by what people say: for them there is forgiveness, and a provision honourable."
Surah Al Nur, Ayat 26.

It is just a question of education and proper islamic Legislature. It is accepted fact that we are not responsible for actions beyond our control even, or more so in the Syariah Law. There may be more to the story than reported....
