On one day I read with delight that 880 projects of the 9MP are set to roll and tenders will be open in 3-months time.
The next moment, we read that school projects had already rolled out and start work.
So, where is the tender process? What had happen? Aren't there suppose to be tenders?
Oh, it must have been negotiated contracts again?
Didn't the Prime Minister promised the tenders of the 880 projects? Why is it that the 9MP projects had been awarded?
So, we hear and read something, and there they do other things!
And they still call it: transparency, good governance and wealth distribution.
Distribute to who and whom?
Will we be hearing that most of the mega projects had been awarded via negotiated contracts? Probably, what is left are the Class F contracts, the ikan bilis to be scoop by the thousands of contractors waiting along the line.
Shoot yourself!

Tender?
Loving tenderness to cronies.
side-track abit:
I was wondering how come only the Deputy Youth carries the Megaphone on Saturday, burning flags and made a ruckus at embassies, now you know, Da head of education cannot be seen doing that since his 'keris-waving' days. Word has it, children cries whenever they see him.
