Section 3 (1) of Land Acquisition Act 1960 (ACT 486) states that:
The State Authority may acquire any land which is needed -
(a) for any public purpose;
(b) by any person or corporation for any purpose which in the opinion of the State Authority is beneficial to the economic development of Malaysia or any part thereof or to the public generally or any class of the public; or
(c) for the purpose of mining or for residential, agricultural, commercial, industrial or recreational purpose, or any combination of such purpose.
Well, that's for state acquisition. I have a home situation. I need to acquire some space for my library. I have no choice but to go for adverse possession of an area within my home. I found one area... it's the kitchen!!!!

Using feudal law, I went on an adverse acquisition against the landlady of the home... I ask for it and if I don't get it, I use force... compulsory acquisition.
Here it is ...
This part of kitchen is now the annex library.
Hehehe!!!
Since buying shelf, might as well buy another smaller one for the room which still have some tiny space to spare... Throw away the previous shelf which is much smaller than this. So, it's shelf plus drinking water and first aid tool box.
These are my favorite books ... psychology, philosophy, and management science...
