He has more than 20 grandchildren. He is 81-year-old Imam Che Ros Lebai Malek from Kampung Mentri, Kuala Sepetang and his wife is 45-year-old Noridah Omar.
Yesterday, Road transport department (JPJ) presented them their driving licence. Now, he can start driving around Kuala SEpetang town. I hope he doesn't drive around at KL city which is extremely congested and may posed danger to him and others too. He should also be vary of the Mat Rempit motorcyclist.

wow maverick, you are actually putting down and looking down at these two specially the 45 year old woman. you are saying that 45 year old women of malaysia shouldnt be driving in KL. there are many actually. are you going to tell your wife when she turns 45 (if she has a license) to not drive in kl? you are saying a 81 year old shouldnt be driving in kl because they may harm themselves and others. well i hope there are not many out there who `hope` the same as you!
Warrior2, do not take this in absoluteness. Mahathir is 82, and is still strong. However, the picture of the oldman made me paranoid as his health based on observation do not suggest he has the appropriate mental attention to drive in KL. As to his wife, 45 is young but if a woman who stayed in rural town drives in KL, the risk is higher compared to driving in Sepetang. My observation cannot be taken to mean everyone; at best it's case to case; and could also be wrong judgment. So, son't take that seriously. It's just a flack.
ahhh i see, rural women shouldnt be driving in KL..
and i see that we can and we should based our assessment of a person`s mental health on thier photos...
warrior2,
Driving need lot of concentration, prediction and responsive mind. You must observe the surrounding except your top (with exception you driving a tall vehicle) when moving your vehicle. A 1-2 second response will means life/death no matter how "slow" you drive.
I agree with you Moo_t. Warror2 seems to imply biases and discrimination. What I wanted to share was the fact that the traffic situation in cities such as KL are filled with robust drivers and most are on the rush. So, kampung drivers may find the situation dangerous and the fact that an 81-year-old as shown do not seem to be agile and energetic to face the complexities of KL traffics. Even I do advise my son to avoid travelling in KL during peak hours.
