Jeff Ooi make a lot of noise because Pak Lah was in Victoria Park, Perth to officiate the grand opening of Puteri Nasi Kandar during the flood season that wreck various states in peninsula Malaysia.
But Pak Lah's vision is for Malaysian companies to venture overseas and to set up chain restaurants, franchises, and branding of Malaysia Boleh products.
In fact, Puteri Nasi Kandar restaurant was the brainchild of our Prime Minister Abdullah Badawi, who had over the last 3 years persuaded Malaysians to set up a global chain of Malaysian curry houses around the world (Jeff decried).

[Quote from Jeff's rant:)
"If McDonald's, KFC and Hungry Jack's can go around the world, the PM cannot see why Malaysian food can't do the same," said a co-owner of Puteri, Malaysian tycoon Lim Ewe Jin. "There are curry lovers everywhere." [Unquote]
In fact, Jeff may not have realised that Pak Lah's brother already have many more "Malaysian-Made" products and branded goods already in the world market.
Bayi leak to me a story and sent me some pictures relating to many products in the international marketplace. See for yourself below:
