World Class Malaysian V-Cs & Unis

Dear Prof Dr Mohamed Said Mat Lela,

All our Malaysian universities are "World-Class" status, except that the world do not acknowledged it.

in UPM, sorry, this is University Putra Malaysia, we have students who behaved like disintellectuals (sorry, no such word but I think you know what I mean), who roams the college preying on the weaker and the minorities and shouted on top of their voices at them. The V-C said, it was music and soothing. That's what I call World-Class: not only students are world-class, even V-Cs and lecturers are world-class - a class that the world were awed that these are in fact intellectuals and philosophers in our academic institution. If Socrated, Plato and Aristotle were still alive and saw the videos at U-Tube, there would...pengsan!
