In view of the influx of foreign tourists coming to Kuala Lumpur during this Visit Malaysia Year 2007, the city council had decided to enhance the environment, in particular, the hygienic aspects. The council will be awarding a contract to Sykt. Bayi Sing Sdn Bhd to fabricate and install and replace all doors of existing public toilets and lavoratories and it will include all new toilets currently under construction. The doors were design by the renowned interior decorator Mmudahlupa Sdn Bhd and will be fabricated at the sophisticated factory using the most modern technology and art and owned by Scoremee Pte Ltd, licenced under the Jeans group of company headed by Danker. This project will be a private sector initiative funded and the lead financial consultant is the renowned Sil Incorporated and managed by Maya Incorporated.
The mock-up sample of the specially designed doors were submitted and approved. A sample of the doors were displayed herebelow.

The roads in Kuala Lumpur are also undergoing restoration and repainting of the road-lines and signages.
