In Malaysia, those who migrate from muslim lands are not immigrants, they are "poor bumigrants" and hence entitled to the NEP. Whereas those who migrate from non-muslim lands, including their descendants, are classified as the "rich kaum pendatangrants", who are ineligible for the NEP since they are already "wealthy"
In political language, you're immigrants, in religious language you're brothers but in practice, you're marginalized. Wrap it in...it's sheer hypocrisy!!

well since there was one (or even more than one) MP who shouted "you cina, balik tiong san!", yes we are migrants.
the only original inhabitants of our land are the orang asli!

How else do you call second class citizens, if not immigrants? Ahh. perhaps inmigrants, since they are already here for certainty.
