He was a great man, a man of honour and a man who had the intellectual capacity and passion to change the system and to mold a world-class system of management. But he was too honest and firm. He could not carry balls, the master's ball. The political masters could not accept honesty and integrity.
He retired gracefully and goes into oblivion.

There's nothing wrong with the system. System are there to check on the balance - balancing. The problem is with the operator. The operator doesn't know how to use the system properly - then it cracks. Its just like a handphone, don't blame the handphone if we don't know how to use it.

Sincerity pays, oblivion or not. He left some marks, prove his points. Now, we know it can be done because he got the guts to prove it. I wish the present PM learns a lesson or two from this man, my mentor..
