Prince Azim: the most generous man

Step aside Prince Jeffri; here comes the new Prince Azim.

From what we read, Prince Azim is a far more generous man than Prince Jeffri.

He showered a ₤3 million diamond ring to Jade Goody, British reality television star who drove actor Shilpa Shetty to tears on the show Celebrity Big Brother.

Exposay reported that, Jade, 26, told Britain's Daily Mail newspaper:

"I have become quite friendly with the Prince of Brunei. He wanted to meet me, we met and got on like a house on fire. He gave me a ring and it is huge, full of diamonds. "He said, 'Take this'; I was like, 'I can't'. I haven't got it valued yet but he had one that was very similar and that is worth Ł3million. "The prince is just an amazing friend. We go round to his house, he's wicked.“

LUCRETIA MUNRO said "He is an international playboy who stands to inherit a share of the £20billion fortune of his father, the Sultan."

Prince Azim is on intimate terms with a number of show-business stars including Miss Carey, to whom he also gave a £3million ring.

Michael Jackson appeared at his 25th birthday party this summer.

Jeff Allen, the prince's spokesman, said: "He met up with Jade a few times - once for dinner and another time to go to a club.

NSTP reported on page 52, World, Dec 16th 2007: "At this point, it would be wise to sound a note of caution to the somewhat giddy Goody, not least because the spoilt Azim has something of a habit of collecting celebrities in the same way that his father collect ferraris."

"Take Carey, for example. Last August, Prince Azim dispatched a palace retainer on one of his private jets to New york, where the lackey was given the task of delivering to the singer a flawless 8-carat diamond and platinum neckless and matching ring before she went on stage at Madison Square Garden. The gens, rumoured to be worth in excess of £3 million was simply a token of "friendship".

Nor is Carey the only famous woman who has found herself on the receiving end of the prince's largesses. So was Jerry Hall, despite a 26-year gap. Two years ago, Prince Azim was photographed hand-in-hand with 66-year-old Faye Dunaway at Nobu.

His taste, however, is not exclusively for the more mature woman. When he celebrated his 25th birthday in July, he flew in supermodel Eva Herzigova and actress Scarlett Johansson, with Don Johnson and Raquel Welch, and entertained by Michael Jackson who performed for free because of their longstanding friendship. Guests at his birthday party were presented with a £20,000 goody bag, a full dental make-over, a new mobile phone and a voucher to Kenya Safari.

One of the 4 sons of the Sultan, Prince Azim's mother is former air hostess Princess Mariam, and is the second of the ruler's wife (I think is now divorced).

Azim, whose elder brother, Crown Prince Al-Muhtadee Billah, is the heir to the throne, has wanted for little.

Prince Azim's application to study at Magdalen College, Oxford was rejected. The Sultan of Brunei spokesman denied that former Prime Minister Tony Blair had personally taken up the prince's case with the university authorities. An acquaintance said: "The truth is that he's a bit of a nerd who gets a kick out of hanging out with the stars. Let's face it, these people wouldn't give him a second look if he wasn't the son of a billionaire who goes around flashing his cash over town."

His generosity was good luck charm for matured & sexy woman and sexy celebrity.

Good luck to all women;

£3 million is a great gift;

try your luck;

better than lottery.

come on. if i were given $3mil to be friendly with him, just take it la. that does not mean that i'm a whore. even if sex is involved, so what? u got 3mil or not?

however, ppl like those that brought down Mahathir from his chair in UMNO, who only got like RM200 to dump Tun, now those are more of a whore than this. it's about the right market price also...heheh..!

3 million from those who own is generous!
to give x millions or billions the public own is tedious!

The ring carries a meaning beyond the dollars and cents!
Those x millions or billions carries scandals, mis-appropriations, corruptions to scent!
They are sweat or/and blood the public present!

Only cause and effects will make sense!

THANKS THE SPACE FOR ME TO HOVER WITH NO 2 CENTS TO PAY!
For the 5+31, please pray!!

Prince Azim, wow! What a fantastic role model he is for all the youngsters, especial the Malays.

His behaviour seems to epitomises that of some of the rich members of society in Brunei and also in Malaysia.
They behave with arrogance, are shameless, greedy and enjoy the squandering of wealth, have questionable morals, and believe in non-accountability and down right debauchery.
When such things happen as a norm, then the nation and the society from which they come is on the path to doom and downfall.

Blow d' whistle,

Brunei - Not only with food & clothes!!
http://globaledge.msu.edu/countryInsights/government.asp?countryID=15®ionID=3
-subsidized food, fuel, and housing; free education and medical care!

They are among the best socialist countries, (except ISA!) if I am not mistaken! Any other oil countries are doing the same?

Democracy is an illusion without substances! Or, Democracy without HR in Bolehland!!

To have more than enough for life is luxury and in many times an induction of greediness and extravagant. Are they using People's money, is an important question?

Be self content of what is available is the basis to enjoy life!

After 50years, Bolehland still far behind Brunei!!

I'm sorry but before ppl start bashing P azim for his lavish ways, please step back and ask yourself whether the stories are even true. I'm pretty sure the stories are pretty blown out of proportion. Just take a look at goody's ring i am pretty sure it wasn't 3 million thank u. so before everyone starts criticizing him please... do u even know if the stories are true...
