Would anyone contribute articles or news of phantom voters?

BERSIH said they have proof of phantom voters, so why don't they bring the proof to court and had rashid kicked out?
when i attended the MAFREL workshop, the chairman, malek related an interesting story of phantom voters.
oh btw, he said in sg siput there are massive, and he stressed MASSIVE phantom voters (that's why that ayo-yo minister can win see).
