Do you believe this? Even ACA paid bribes to citizens to get them to behave?
L. G. Jayanthi, 45, former secretary of Datuk V. K. Lingam was paid RM3,000 by the Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) after being told that its investigations into a New Zealand holiday involving the lawyer and former chief justice Tun Mohd Eusoff Chin was closed, the Royal Commission of Inquiry heard today.
Jayanthi said an ACA officer telephoned her to say that the investigation was closed because it involved several high-ranking officers in the government.
We surely have a clean government; not only that, we have anti-corruption agencies that pay bribes too!

Jayanthi was Lingam’s secretary from 1994 to 1995. She testified that as secretary, she had helped arrange the 1995 trip to New Zealand of Lingam and Tun Eusoff Chin. In her testimony, she informed that she had to deal with the relevant travel agents to purchase the necessary flight tickets and also organise the itinerary of the trip.
Through her counsel, she tendered the flights tickets (to and fro Kuala Lumpur to New Zealand, and also internal flights in New Zealand), the hand-written itinerary, confirmation slips from the travel agents.
She also testified that had been keeping some rolls of films, containing photos of Lingam and Tun Eusoff in the said trip. The rolls of films were also tendered.
She then revealed that about November to December 1994, she and two other secretaries of Lingam assisted the latter in typing out what was to be a judgment. The Judgment related to the case Suit No S5 – 23 – 23 – 94, a case between Tan Sri Vincent Tan against Haji Hassan Hamzah, Saw Eng Lim, MGG Pillai, V. Thanasean, Dr Berjayoi Bardai, Media Pintext and Ling Wah Press Sdn Bhd.
The work of typing the judgments was only completed in the wee hours of the morning around 3am. She emphasised that Datuk V. Sivaparanjothi, Adam Bachek and W. Satchithanandan were also present that night as Lingam dictated to the secretaries.
Eventually, Jayanthi explained that the said judgment was saved into a floppy disk and given to the Judge in that case, Dato' Haji Mokhtar Sidin.
Jayanthi also informed the Commission of some photos of Tan Sri Vincent Tan and the former AG, Tan Sri Mohtar Abdullah which she had in possession.

My goodness, even judicial written judgments are prepared and manufactured by claimants' lawyers.
And attorney-general is part of the commercial networking system...semua kautim liau????
File closed because of govt links?
ACA, the agency mandated to control and monitor the abuse of power and corruption would close any file just because some senior govt officers or ministers were involved in the crime?
My God, can we believed that Judges are involved, attorney-general are involved, chief justices are involved, ministers and prime minister are also involved in what William Guy Carr codenamed: "The Pawns in the Game"?

in bolehland - not surprising if...
1. lingam : she lied cos i fired/dumped her.
2. this rci findings/outcome also prepared by lingam.
CORRECT, CORRECT, CORRECT.
Hope he has his PR in Australia. No extradition arrangement. Maybe, Brazil or Timbaktu be alternatives, eh?
Whats the eusoff chin gotta say? please, you dont deserve the tunship for desecrating the CJ position.
i love malaysia, if you're rich and famous, justice is served.....
eusoff says he bumped into lingam all the way from singapore to nz...i think with jayanti revelations, they bumped into each other all the time..and they fell in love with each other..and eusoff misses the lingworm so much, they went together to NZ..and his hands accidentally bumped on his shoulder and that was how the picture was taken.
you see..eusoff never had a worm for a brother and he wanted one badly..so he agrees to the trip together, just to get close to the worm.
I love this story, can spin it anyway we like..and still come out incredible. And eusoff said...the photos looked like him..could be him....meanwhile the wife sits at home and wonders what if the RCI calls her to give her testimony.
I think this RCI is badly constituted. Other than Datuk Mahadev Shankar, I can't see the effective and meaningful roles played by the other members of this RCI. The government should reconstitute and set up a truly professional RCI. Otherwise, all Malaysians including our King will be the laughing stock of the civilized world. If this is not done properly, I would think that our voices at all international forum will not be heeded by the international community.
With this latest disclosure, I sincerely hope that our King will expand the terms of reference and scope for this RCI. I also hope that Tun Musa Hitam will play a significant role in this RCI as he is seen as a statesman that can influence Abdullah on important issues.
can somebody continue the story from where i ended....
look like part of the manual on ' how to catch a very slimy snake',....
Do they actually think that the public is going to buy their stories??
the public does not buy the story since day one...
BIG QUESTION..How will the RCI convince us, the people, that they buy our story. Will the worm close the case for them and write the report for RCI?
Malaysia puts the capital 'C' in Corruption!! Clap Clap CLap! No wonder all those implicated has a visibly large grin on their face everytime. it's saying 'like you can touch me, you lowlife vermits!'
TNSeng!
Lingam says: Looks like her, smells like her, sounds like her, but... she's lying through her asshole
why are you surprise? RPK has clearly linked the AG, ACA and the police in freeing a underworld kingpin from restricted residence. and those that went against them, including ramli, now faces full wrath from ACA and AG.
thats justice and security for you in Malaysia. it looks like it pays to be a villian. Good fellows die young, eh?
korek, korek, korek...
korek, korek, korek...
this korek, korek, korek thing never ends...
korek, korek, korek...
"looks like korek, sounds like korek", and guess what, its "korek, korek, korek!".
Beeranyone,
You are, correct, correct, correct!
Denzook,
I agree with you; but I'm not rich. So how?
Artchan,
More and more worms are flowing...avalanche!!!
Jefus,
Snakes, not much of a problem. But this...ehm!!!
Hopeful,
You would be surprise we have more than half the public who are ignorants of what is happening. I had asked quite some school children and young working-class professionals and many of them do not read newspaper or blogs.
Ycg,
