Planted Voters

Election Commission Chairman said there can be cases of "Planted Voters".

But Sharmila did not register herself in Kubang Kerian, Kelantan?

"That's what she claims," Abdul Rashid said. She have to show some kind of proof. This is not a phantom voter because she is not dead or does not exist.

"We are not suppose to draw conclusions and use our own judgment," Rashid advised every voters.

The problem is, the EC has not been given the power to move people unless they apply to be moved, Rashid moaned.

So, shouldn't the government give the power and mandate to the EC Chairman to move people around as they deemed fit and fitting? Rashid hope!

what shit explanation from this ra-shit.
she didnt register as a voter and therefore how can she show proof that she did not register. isnt incumbent on EC to check who manipulated and registered her. fuck, if that is not rigging, what is? is rigging only confined to ballot box physically? ra-shit, you are just full of shit.

ok for everybody's info, here is a definition of phantom voter from MAFREL document:

SPR: pemilih yang meninggal dunia; rekodnya digunakan oleh orang lain untuk mengundi.

parti politik: pemilih yang tak dikenali, diimpot, oleh pihak lawan untuk mengundi.

MAFREL: pemilih yang setelah dijadikan kajian didapati:
a. identitinya tidak dikenali oleh penghuni dialamat yang sah atau
b. berdaftar sebagai pemilih dialamat yang palsu dan
c. mengundi pada hari mengundi.

ok so it looks like there are 3 types of definitions according to SPR, politcal parties and MAFREL. looks like SPR only take their own definition.

Has this Ra Shit answered if there is any safeguard that the application can be authenticated to be done by the person in question?

Can anyone just use the details and registers on their behalf?

If he hasn't done enough to ensure genuine application and no loopholes of foul play, he should not talk so loud as whatever he says is the gospel truth.

Lucia,

Thanks for the research. It's profound knowledge.

Msiaman,

He said he has clean up the electoral roll; but sometimes the cleaning process is about sweeping backwards.

Perhaps people who are registering for the first time should be photographed and have biometrics stored, eg. photo, fingerprint and iris scanned.

That way, there is a record of who made the registration.

Chauncy Gardener,
seems you don't understand the meaning of CHEATING.

When the cheating start, anything on the way can be cheat. Unless the implementer allow an independent audit to check the biometric system.
