EC to Barter the Ink: in exchange of what?

EC secretary Datuk Kamaruzaman Mohd Noor appealed to everyone not to blame EC for its decision not to use indelible ink.

He said it was unfortunate that the EC had overlooked the law.

"It is so unlucky, but please don’t blame us."

He said the EC would dispose off the ink costing RM2.4 mil through barter trade but he did not say what will be bartered.

I keep thinking, where the hell is he going to barter the ink and who the hell is buying up 46,000 bottle of ink and for what?

This ink is not something that is basic peoples' need or of daily commercial-business needs such as printer ink or pen-ink.

Who would want to barter this ink with EC and with what products that is useful to EC?

This morning when I wake up and read the paper, Reggie Lee provides the answer to my puzzling head and it was a fantastic trade.

actually EC can barter trade the Ink with the Government, where they can instruct civil service to make up black on every Monday to Wednesday, like those wearning Batik on Thursday (is it, am not sure?).

they come up stupid ideas in past and good at stupid issues as such, hence this black ink on civil services employees plus Ministers would make them look good too, similar to black perdana with motorcade!

well, paid peanuts, the nation get monkey administrators.

tested and proven, again and again!
