P. Balasubramaniam, the private investigator hired by Razak Baginda to keep Altantuya away from him, has signed a statutory declaration which basically shows Deputy Prime Minister Datuk Seri Najib Razak's alleged involvement in the case. He swears to seeing an SMS from Najib to Razak on the day he was arrested which said: "I am seeing IGP at 11am today… matter will be solved… be cool."

That emel has no implication whatsoever to Najib. It dosent tell anything. WHY?
Well, it didnt say "dont you say anything to the police about me knowing Altantuya and that I ask you to kill her off etcetc..."
Razak works for Najib in an official capacity and when he was being arrested as a suspect I am sure he will try to call Najib for help or to ask Najib to seek clrification as to why he is being arrested failing which he sent an sms as per the story during the pC. It is strange for him not to call but to only sms but lets just say he tried but couldnt reach him..
Anyway, there is nothing there in the SMS from Najib to implicate him to anything unless Razak sms to him say a whole lot more.
NOW< the funny thing is that, all these statements by ANwar on najib, lompat parti, byelection and this SD only comes after the Sodomy allegation and NOT BEFORE

Malaysia does not have regulation to make telco keep sms. otherwise it Jeff Ooi can take his case to force telco to reveal those sms scammer/spammer.

I think as commoners and observers we have to take it there's some kind of a conspiracy going on; Anwar is building up something to press forward with his agenda; while at the same time it does seem that the police and AG may also have a part to play. Who is lying at this stage is unknown and as commoners we are bombarded with such displeasing criminal conspiracy which is totally unhealthy for our country. It would be good if Pak Lah and Zaid would put the subject matter in a transparent way by setting up a commission or Panel of Inquiry to clear the air. Somehow, I think Anwar is getting into a game that is insidious and at the same time there are certain relevant issues relating to the Altantunya's murder which must also be resolved by a panel of professionals or former judges included to investigate the case and provide an answer.

I think the sms thing cannot be taken as a factual evidence unless there is sufficient proof; I doubt there is.
