SOCSO PAID $1,500 TO JAMILAH AS COMPENSATION FOR FUNERAL EXPENSES. ACCORDING TO SOURCES, SOCSO WANTS TO ENSURE THAT PEOPLE WILL DIE PEACEFULLY WITH NO WORRY OF THEIR EXPENSES.
CAN OTHER DEPTS. DO THE SAME?
The picture above is Jamilah, the widow of Rosli, showing to reporters the Socso cheque that she received at her father-in-law’s house at Kampung Masjid in Kubang Rotan in Kedah yesterday. The cheque from the social security organisation was in compensation over the death of her husband, Rosli.
Kudos to Datuk Fong Chan Onn and Hong Lee Pee of SOCSO as they are now more efficient. How come-eh? Why it takes 22 years to be efficient? Mahathir didn't make you all efficient-eh? Only Pak-Lah Boleh-lah!
