Kancil Boleh
IS THE POLICEMEN PEEPING TOM OR IN LINE OF DUTY?
It was only 5.15am on Saturday. Two policemen was so hardworking that they were doing their rounds at an abandoned factory in Bukit Tengah. Then, they saw a Kancil car which is shaking quite vigorously and they decided to investigate. They park their motorcycle in front of the Kancil and saw a couple having an exotic time. In a quick, efficient and effective response as required of policemen, they intrude the game of love seemingly to check whether she was being rape or is doing it voluntarily.
In that moment of sudden interruption, the girls natural reaction of anxiety was to jumped into the drivers seat and speed off to safety. Probably, her mind might have remembered those kidnapping case and robbery cases that have occurred in the last few week and as she needs to seek safety and also to protect her partner, getting away as fast as possible seem the only right solution available. For that quick wit of action to protect themselves against possible harm and danger, she will now be charged for the use of criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging his duty under Section 353 of the Penal Code.
Did any senior police officer and the immediate officer-in-charge ever thought of what his sub-ordinate was doing at that unusual early hours spending time near an abandoned factory while there are so many thefts, robbery, rape, and kidnapping cases happenning everywhere during the last few weeks? Maybe, the increase in crime is because policemen are not manning and guarding the town, village and housing estate as they are spending time in abandoned projects, abandoned factories and the like places (abandoned karaoke and pubs).
Would you consider that the policemen were actually discharging their duty in this circumstances?
Do you believe that the woman had used criminal force to deter a public servant from discharging his duties? My GOD, how well-trained Malaysian Policemen are? You See.........our quality.....our safety and security with such....po..li..cee...
