NEED FOR HELP!
3 ½ year-old Low Xue Fen suffers from complex cyanotic congenital heart disease since she was one week old.
She needed $32,000 for her third operation, but the parents cannot afford the cost. They are appealing for donations. The father is a vegetable seller.
