MAXIS ROLL-OUT NEW SPYWARE FOR WIFES

Straying Husband (& sometimes, wife) – BEWARE!!!! Maxis has rolled out a SPYWARE to track you down.

This new “VALUE-ADDED” service by Maxis called “Maxis Hotlink Friend-Finder” helps to pin-point your whereabouts – right down to the street where you are!

To use this service, you just sent an SMS of the mobile number to Maxis. The request will then be subsequently forwarded to the other party and then, the info will then be sent to the first party.

Interviews conducted by NST as reported indicated that many Maxis subscribers aren’t too happy as they feared their spouse might “INTRUDE” into their private setting. An interviewed man said he will not inform his wife of the service available so as to keep her ignorant. Another said he does not fancy the thought of his wife being able to track him down via the service.

So far, no wifes interviewed were concerned that their husbands may track them down.
