Researchers say that most men who had penis enlargement surgery are not satisfied with the results.“For patients with psychological concern about the size of the penis – particularly it is normal size – there is little point in offering them surgery because it makes no difference,” said Nim Christopher, a urologist at St Peter’s Andrology Centre in London.
“The average increase in length is 1.3cm which isn’t much,” said Christopher.
Men, is that necessary?Do men need it so badly?
Will it make the difference in your life and your spouse?
Has God being unfair to some?
Does women care so much about that problem of size, length or diameter?
Or, is it the lack of foreplay?
Maybe, everything, and most of all, the mindset!!!

I am a lady here, I think is not the lack of foreplay and I personally feel that size, length and diameter do really matter to women. Just like the man who like women with big bust and the women will go all the trouble to enlarge it.
So , why not men have their done to satisfy women.

I agree honey! Men should do things that can satisfy women; otherwise, it is no more of love-making ... satisfaction in the act is love-making; but he need not do it by way of enlargement. He can do it by many other ways - it's esoteric!
Similarly, big breast is physically stimulating, but when the play comes, it isn't enjoyable as the artificial ones cannot satisfy!
