Recently, she was arrested for drug possession offence.

She is now suing for RM10 million compensation

Who taught her to sue for RM10 million?Hemy Hamisa has filed a letter of demand, through her lawyers Shukor, Baljit and Partners, to the Government and police department asking for RM10mil in compensation. "I just don’t know where to put my face when people, who suspected or knew I was the woman in the video, would stare at me with their dirty looks."
She said she and her husband had thought about moving away from Kuala Lumpur and staying in places where people would not recognise them.“But we cannot. We have no money. I have no job. Neither has my husband,” she said.
Would the court award damages for that mammoth sum or even if she wins, the court may award a nominal sum.
The lawyers must have tempted her with this sum to get her to try her luck.
