Beer and urine look about the same in color. After a few beers, they probably taste the same to the gwai los too! :)

This kind of "bowl" were normally seen beside the chairs of dignitaries during the era of Mao Tze Tung and Deng Xiao Peng for them to spit.
Or Malayan coffeeshops during the 50s and 60s. Or in households of newly married Malayan Chinese couples. It was a "must" to buy one too for the traditional marriage. I guess a washing bucket will also do.
Did someone explain to those guys what these containers are used for? :)
