Civil Servants scores 99% KPI

Civil servants in Negri Sembilan scored 99% of the maximum 100% in the annual appraisal. That means their performance is almost perfect.

MB Datuk Seri Mohamad Hasan casted doubts on the results. According to Mohamad Hasan, there are flaws in the appraisal exercise which include award of 5-points to any civil servants who was a national athlete of which no one in the state was in that category.

Interesting Appraisal system?

You can score 99% because the system evaluation is such discretionary and arbitrary and those who conduct the appraisal is given such wide arbitrary discretions without any objective measurement standards.

At such, observing yesterdays news of "One Professional in Every Family", you have to accept the fact that it is truly possible.
