In the Name of Necessity, Incompetency is an Alternative

Due to driver shortages, bus firms had no choice but to employ incompetent drivers. If the government introduces rules to insists on competent drivers, bus companies said it could affect the coming balik kampung rush for Hari Raya because there might not be enough drivers and buses to meet the surge in demand.

Would this be the same reason why our universities are ranked so low in the international rating?
Can we also say that, due to lack of competent legislators, the Barisan government had no alternative but to select those less than competent leaders to be legislators. Otherwise, the parliament would be affected and UMNO, MIC and MCA would face shortages of candidates for the coming general election. For this reasons, we Malaysian citizens must accept the bunch of monkeys and sharks.

This is total bullshit. It just shows that we've been putting up with incompetent bus drivers all these while!
