Hyderabad Flyover Collapse

The flyover under construction in the Indian city of Hyderabad collapse 3 days ago.

Wasn't this project built by a Malaysian contractor appointed by CIDB?

I believed this project was awarded to CIDB ventures, an "Ali-Baba type" who then award it to the "selected" Malaysian PKK Class 'A' contractor.

From googlenews : The flyover that was to be inaugurated by the year-end was ironically meant to be quake-proof and blast-proof, to withstand any terror attack but it is more basic problems that ended up bringing it down.

Interesting.

India should arrest the Malaysian contractor and make him rebuild the flyover according to the price agreed over in the contract as long as it is still under guarantee. No need to ask Samy Velu to open a RM22 million enquiry as to why it collapsed

I hope India is not keeping quiet.
