South Africans would respects the fundamental Rule of Law which wasn't written in their constitution.Malaysian judges said the same Rule of law do not apply in our justice system because it wasn't codified.
However, it can be observed that any rule of law or rule of natural justice, written or unwritten, are interpreted in ways to justify a preconceived notion that are intended to satisfy the bourgeoisie.
