The problem of DBKL is more than just "high parking fines".
Despite of their false claim, they did reveal something we don't know, RM2.45 earning. WTH, KL turn profiteering!
They will even blame their wives did not change panties on election day.....but still in denial..MCA got no balls to put the blame squarely on weak leadership by PM. Even until the last days..candidates were fighting each other.
