Umno Pusing; Puteri Pening.

Four hours after supporting calls for the Umno elections to be postponed to next year, Puteri Umno made a complete u-turn and called for party polls to be held as scheduled.

Reporters had in the morning asked Puteri Umno chief Datuk Noraini Ahmad whether the movement agreed with calls within Umno for a postponement of the election.

“Yes, because Umno needs time to address both it’s internal and external problems first. These problems can be resolved but not necessarily through party elections,” the Deputy Minister of Human Resources said . “The party needs time to adjust, especially since the dust from general election had not really settled. There is no urgency. Once we are back to normal, then only we should hold the party elections.”

However, four hours later, Noraini not only retracted her statement but called for party elections to be held as scheduled.

“Although the party has until June next year to hold the elections, Puteri Umno is of the opinion that party elections should be held by this year,” she said in a faxed statement.

Noraini said if at all the elections could not be held by August as originally scheduled, then it should take place by December at the latest.

They don't even know what they want; they don't even know what their boss want; they can't even think for themselves and they don't even have a direction. They follow the wind; where the boss blows; but the boss also don't know what he wants. So they got blur blur.

Now that is so typical of Cik Noraini . The woman might be a brunette, but she's a blond at heart :)

she is not blonde..she is smart ass hypocrite(not exactly many you can find in umno)

She knows AAB days are numbered and she is dumping AAB. If she is seen backing AAB...and even if the elections is delayed till next year..when AAB goes..she may have to go. That is why she is joining the chorus for early elections.

Privately she may have given her support to the Challenger to AAB.

THis is UMNO..she is not interested in Malay affairs..she is protecting her own self interests.

The real explanation: The wind was blowing eastwards 4 hours ago, then it changed direction and blew southwards...must follow the direction of the wind or else cabinet post will be tarik-ed balik upon old PM is dumped and new PM reshuffles cabinet

Those are signs of Ageing and Retirement; just like human beings.
