Chinese ex-president arrested for graft

This man is Chen Shui-Bian.

He is the former president of Taiwan for 8 years.

Yesterday he was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Agency for embezzling government funds.

This is what he had to say:

"I will not be imprisoned in vain. Long Live Taiwan democracy. Long live Taiwan independence."

Taiwan and Hong Kong corruption agency would arrest their presidents and high ranking and powerful ministers if there are evidence of corruption.

Luckily for Malaysia we do not have corrupt ministers and prime ministers. Our ACA have found them clean - Bersih, Cekap dan Amanah: Sapu bersih dan tindakan yang cekap; selepas tu, amanah lah!

Greetings Mave !

It is unbelievable that the police would declare openly and publicly that they have not been able to find the offending article that landed RPK in trouble under the Sedition Act. At that I correctly expected that RPK will plead the defence of TRUTH and under that defence he would be allowed to call both Najib and Wife as witness and he did plead as I had anticipated; but now we get the police declaring that they cannot find the offending article and the trial of RPK under the Sedition Act has been convieniently postponed. This would indecate that there will be no trial of RPK.

This co-incidence of several factors demonstrate to me that the AG does not dare to prosecute RPK and the right of RPK to drag Najib & wife into the case of Alantula's murder.

In my case too this same development is begining to show the tip of the ice-berg. My Wife's solicitors M/s Lim & Hoh are not responding to my and my wife's inquiry into what is happening to our case ? You will not believe that our solicitors have kept a total silence, INCOMMUNICADO ! There is no response to my request that a copy of Judge Zainon binti Mohd. Ali's JUDGMENT and NO RESPONSE !

What a disgraceful behaviour for a legal practitioner, this Mr David Hoh of Lim & Hoh. How could it be said to be professional for a lawyer who represents his client that he would choose to totally act as he so wishes and in opposition (My wife & I instructed him to withdraw and not to enter any appeal because Judge Zainon's ORDER TO STRIKE OUT IS ILLEGAL AND UNLAWFUL.

The correct legal remedy for a case like my wife's is not to appeal but to apply to the high court to set aside the unlawful & illegal ORDER TO STRIKE OUT !

In BolehLand the new trend is if you swear than you are clean.

Hear a rumour that the cabinet going to recommend to pass a SWEARING Act in the parliment.

This due to the common usage of bombastic words like bocoh, bastard, monkey and etc.......

note that it stated "former president".so i guess we must check first our former prime minister if there are any corruption that our former prime minister had done during his leadership years :)

the cry quite comparable to recent "candlelight vigil" arrest near amcorp mall..... when csb arrested, he yelled "independence", when the vigil arrested, they sang national anthem ...... as if they are all martyr like dat.

denzook,

it's not what csb do or not do and the vigil did during the arrest that determine if they are alike or not.

csb is in for corruption charges, and the vigil people got arrested for...? corruption also?

WAH!!!

If all the corrupt ppl can be arrested & charged, I wanna be the caterer for these special prisoners. Gomen don't even have to pay me for these prisoners' meals. WHY?

Those who has been robbed, violated & plundered by these prisoners can pay ME so that they can personally "cook" the meal of their choice to their prisoners of choice

And if nobody wanna pay for these meals? No Worries. I know enuff ppl who will donate their expired bread, eggs & rotten sawi to me!

You gonna serve them expired bread, eggs & rotten sawi? You nuts? I will serve them the nice yellow 'cake' I release in the loo, topped up by a big glass of foamish 'crysanthenum tea' (which comes from my kidneys, needless to say)
