A Critical Passage in the Journey of Life

On the 8th March 2009, I visited my mum.

It was the first time I took pictures of her and I had to use my handphone. That day, I am directed by my thoughts which compelled me and instruct me that I must capture a few photos of her as I never had done that over the last 20 years. At that moment I felt something telling me that I may not have another chance to get her pictures.

Didn't realized that it was the last of her pictures. Didn't realize that it would be the last time that I could talk to her.

Mum passed away this afternoon at 1pm. She has left. She left quietly in her afternoon nap. She knew it. Her maid told us that she had informed her last night that she would be leaving. The maid didn't understand what she said at that point of time.

Mum, I love you; and we all will miss you. May God be with you now. Amen.

My condolences. I am so sorry to hear this but at the same time, I am happy that you and William managed to visit her just so recently. I believe she went peacefully, something most of us would hope for.

My heart's with you.

Maverick,
It's good that you managed to spend some time with her. Life is unpredictable. Too often we get caught in our own activities that we tend to ignore those who love us so much, yearn for our attention, yet afraid to impose on us.
Take care and keep good memories of her with you always.
My deepest condolences.......

Dear Maverick

My deepest condolences. Her departure was God`s will and it was a smooth transfer.

We are all going in the same direction. Question of timing only.

Be strong and God bless.

Mave,

My hearty condolescent to you and family. When I saw the photo in your Mac 08 post, I thought she looked healthy enough for her age. And she had what I called the 'calling'; that inner grasp of seeing what is to come. Somehow this experience transcend religous believe... that knowledge of the future seeped into the present, into the mind of someone close to the Hour... How? who? why? how come? So many questions and if asked will get the standard answer from those who are supposed to know and the answer differs according to set belief... I wonder...

Dear Friends & Associates,

Thanks to all of you who have left a few kind and comforting words.

I am grateful to all of you, for in times of emotion and pain I have the greatest comfort to know that all of you cared and are empathic. Thanks again.
