Nur Atiqah's Dilemma Continues
Nur Atiqah
Surgery on Nur Atiqah postponed.
July 3, 4004, NSTP
The Liver transplant operation on 15-month-old Nur Atiqah Najwa scheduled for tomorrow again had to be postponed. The new date is July 10. X-ray showed that her lung infection had not fully cleared.
According to doctors, Nur Atiqah could die if she goes through the surgery now as the infection might cause her body to reject post-surgery medication.
However, the patient’s father is also worried about the outstanding fees he need to settle before the surgery which has reached $22,000 for just one week.
The situation looks extremely critical and we will continue to pray for divine grace.
