Planning, Done. Implementation, Not Yet.




Government Backbencher Club President Shahrir Abdul Samad made this comment:

“Why set up a Royal Commission when you don’t implement its recommendations?”

“Many of the things complained of have already been addressed by the Royal Commission … it is just a matter of implementation."

According to Shahrir, on the allegation of police abuse could have been avoided if the slew of proposals by the Royal Commission on the Police Force had been implemented.

I support Shahrir's contention but ... why didn't he speak out earlier, before such incidence happened? Is he a reactive politician only?
