BN Ministers to explain Fuel Price Increase

Please Ministers, don't waste your time to explain to us. We are no fools or morons.

We know why fuel price had to increase and subsidy had to reduce but what we don't know is how taxpayers monies are used for specific purposes.

If you had to explain, then please explain these following:

(1) Samy Vellu said the repair of MRR2 which will cost RM40 million, (and the defects was the result of design errors) will now be borne by the government. Why government had to pay for contractor's defects when the contract is design and built? Contractually, the conbtractor had to make good the defects?

(2) Please explain why the government had to pay an excess of RM176 million for the Matrade Building project when in the first place, the contract worth close to Rm200 million was awarded to a RM2 company, Perangsang, where it has the government's policy that such size and importance of project will only be awarded to a 'Class A' PKK registered Bumiputera contractor with a minimum paidup capital of $600,001 and of which the company must be competent and experience in building such similar project and have adequate expertise in the field of building construction and project management.

(3) PLease explain why local councillors are spending millions in overseas trip at 'Belly-Dancing Egypt' and Mauritius just to visit toilets when they could visit KLCC toilets and if necessary, they could visit our closest neighbour Singapore to view toilet cleanliness.

(4) Please explain how for the last two decades, CIDB had racked in billion of dollars from contractors of which the construction industry in general had not benefited from their existence except the fact that they had negotiated some contracts in India for a few 'selected' crony contractors.

(5) Plase explain why MAS had to be restructured every five years and billions are to be injected each time to save an ailing company bend on collapse. Some years back, PMB was set up to digest billions of dollars of debts to keep MAS afloat and now they need another $4 billion. If poor management and corruption is the cause of MAS's failures, why is it that so far, no one is indicted and responsible.

(6) Please explain why more than 1,000 computer lab school projects are still not resolved and how is it that so far, no one is held responsible and indicted?

(7)Please explain why Khazanah was asked to buy up MAS shares at $8 a share when the market price was less than $4 and the excess cost incurred is more than $1 billion?

(8) Please explain all the above, and if necessary, there are more records of failures and mismanagement which we can't find enough space here to highlight.

(9)If you can, dear Prime Minister, please explain how a 28-year-old boy is now worth $500 million after becoming your son-in-law? There is no insinuation here but we are perplex and astonished at how one can become rich within 2 years in employment career life. We Malaysians wants to share the experience and profound knowledge.

(10) Please explain to us and in particular, Mahathir and Mahaleel, why Agusta was sold for RM4 and Lotus won't be sold for the same when Mahathir and Mahaleel had offered to buy this lose-making entity from Proton? Mahathir said Proton had so far refused to explain the rationale to him.

(11) Dear PM, What do you mean that fuel price hike is needed to stretch our oil reserves, as whatever it is, Petronas is incentiously pumping the earth dry with their aggressive exploration and exportation. Please explain this in relation to the existence of Proton as Proton and Perodua is manufacturing and selling hundreds of thousands of cars each year in our own land. These sales will translate to increase fuel consumption each year.

(12) Please explain what you meant when you said the fuel price increase was meant for our future generation? Are you saying that the government is taxing the current generation such that the liabilities will be paid by the future generation?

Are we having spiders in our eyes?

To Pak Lah: Also please explain why lower income taxi drivers are not allowed to pick up passangers in KLIA?

Those other than KLIA Limo taxi who pick up passangers are consider illegal service. The poor city taxi drivers are left with no other options but go back to KL empty handed. Why?

Those who dare to pickup would solicit passangers at the arriving hall of KLIA make them look like rats chasing for cheese. This give Malaysia a poor image. Why can't the government do something about the basic public transportation service?
