9MP: Would the Journey Ever Begin?

Tengku Razaleigh Mourns:

“It’s been a year since the Ninth Malaysia Plan was announced but people are still asking when the big projects will start. “They’re talking about a Half Term Plan for next year although until now, the dream cars have yet to leave the garage."

Still Talking? Not Walking?

When will they walk the talk?

"...there was now a new breed of “rent seekers” – people who profit unfairly from their contacts and complaints against them were seemingly absent. The perception, he said, would be eliminated if government leaders were seen as firmer, braver and to have stronger political will, especially if they wanted their plans to be implemented successfully."

Is there any who disagreed with him?

Excellent question. What is AAB's KPI?

Bayi and mmudahlupa,

If ever there is a KPI to measure AAB's performance, it should be 0.01. I can't recall what he had perform. His Key Result Area is winning the last general election with a large mandate. I firmly believed that the next one, he'll shit on his pants.
