Koh said: Penang State does not have the expertise and that's why Kuala Lumpur experts will take over.Koh may also consider that Penang State govt also do not have the expertise to rule and the Federal govt should also consider taking over.

Penang Deputy Chief Minister Abdul Rashid Abdullah is requesting the State Anti-Corruption Agency (ACA) to give him a copy of its report on investigation into the alleged misappropriated sales of 3-shoplots allocated for Bumiputeras worth RM380,000 involving a State UMNO Executive Councillor.Utusan Malaysia had on Feb 14 quoted a source that the State Exco Member was under investigation by ACA for his alleged involvement in the sale of the shoplots which were meant for bumiputeras.

Terengganu Government has initiated an ingenious plan where “Mat Skoding” or spies will be recruited to tip-off the state religious department of immoral activities.
“Mat Skoding” will be part of the voluntary squad, under the guidance of state religious advisors, acting as vigilantes here.
State Islam Hadhari and Welfare Committee chairman Datuk Rosol Wahid said: “Some of these ‘spies’ could be waitresses or even janitors at hotels acting as auxiliary undercover agents for our religious department.”
The “Mat Skoding” would be rewarded for their tip-offs, he told The Star here yesterday.
Rosol said the trained “spies” would be on the lookout for unmarried couples behaving suspiciously throughout the state.
“Accurate details are required for the enforcement officers to act, otherwise they would be pouncing on married couples,” he said.
The “spies” would keep surveillance at parks and secluded areas to nab dating couples intending to engage in sex.
On rampant rape cases reported here, Rosol said most of cases reported were actually those involving consensual sex.
“Sometimes one party decides to 'fix' the partner over a misunderstanding or for reneging on a promise,” he said.
Rosol said parents were also to be blamed, especially for the upsurge in statutory rape cases.
“These parents will allow their daughters to roam freely and later when she is pregnant, they rush to the police station to lodge a report,” he said.
Mat Skoding everywhere and can be anybody??? They never learned lessons from past events. You will find peeping Toms everywhere and they had a authorized ticket to do so - they are empowered by the state authorities to be on the outlook for any couples behaving suspiciously or those who intend to engage in sex. Even waiter and waitresses will be spies too. Janitors and bellboys are also authorised to peep on couples at hotels and parks. Freedom is contained and restrained by such new ruling. Anyone who peeps on others will have a good reason to do so - they are authorised by this new ruling.

RapidKl will now rule Penang buses...well, it does not matter who actually rule Penang's buses. As long as the buses run on time with reasonable fares and are clean, efficient and consumer-friendly, Penangites won't really mind even if the management is from Hades and the boss is Satan itself.
The Land of the Peeping Toms--Malaysia has to change its name from Malaysia Darul Boleh to Malaysia Darul Skoding.
GERAKAN should lose the SEAT la...they don't deserve the Penang CM seat. they have betrayed the Chinese and may God have mercy on them.
I wonder what the most sensible Mufti of Perlis Dr Mohd Asri Zainul Abidin will have to say about this morality spies advocated by Trengganu. Dr Asri had voiced his own views earlier on khalwat issues.
What kind of a religion is this? Paying people to spy on others. Gives rise to lots of abuse. Innocent people will suffer in the hands of their enemies!!
