What's this?
According to Auditor-general's report (today's TheStar, pg N30), 78.5% of traffic summonses issued by 282 police officers who did not have the certification to use speed detectors are invalid if contested in court.
91.7% (341 officers) for breath-analyzer and 88.7% (330 officers) issuing summonses for tinted glass are also invalid.
Oh more Shit!
What's this?
A former gymnastic national coach continued to receive her coaching allowance from the National Sports Council even after her contract had expired.
Miss Yap Yee Yin, the coach, lodge a complaint with the ACA yesterday. She said she was coach from 2004 to 2005. She continued to receive her monthly allowance of $1,300 which was banked into her bank account by NSC.

No wonder the system is self-leaking. I wonder how many others are also paid after they had resigned or retired.
$224 for a set of screwdrivers which the supermarket sells at $40? Ya, this is what the Sports Ministry pays! A set of technical books which can be purchased at $417, the ministry paid $10,700. A 2-tonne car jack which we can get at $50, the ministry paid $5,741. 5 units of Kodak digital camera 3.1megapixels with a market price of $2,290 each, the ministry paid $8,254 each. 650 sets of plastic flower vase was bought at $42.80 each where the market price is $5.20.
Oh, much, much more and many more shit!!!
Information technology? $290mil was spent by the Custom to set up the Customs Information System. Another $451mil was paid to Deloitte Consulting Malaysia to system integration. But the Customs preferred to do their work manually as they don't think the software is user friendly. Why is it not user friendly? Because they are I.T. illiterate. Oh, BTW, the software is developed in DOS environment.
Oh much more shit!
What the F**k is this?

Leakages, more leakages, and more pilferages.
Is our government blind to all these pilferages and leakages? It is all reported in the Auditor-general's report every year.

Anyway i have just uploaded my essay in http://sembangkopitiam.blogspot.com which won the 4th prize from the Perdana Leadership Foundation in Putrajaya (www.perdana.org.my). check it out and take care! :)
not surprising - if lots are paid after they had resigned or retired...
afterall we paid the pm... for sleeping
My, my, this is like sh*tting non-stop!
The government should pay close attention to setting the house in order before the PM keeps going overseas.
What is the use of all the grand plans when the foundation is rotten to the core?
The AG and the PAC should look at the scores of 'White Elephants' sitting all over the country, for example, the 50 million Ringgit Maritime Department (MOT) 'Marina' at Kuala Kedah which is left unused because it is too shallow for any boat to enter; and many many more useless wasteful projects into which billions of Ringgit of taxpayers money have been dumped.
I really like the New Sunday Times headline(Almost 10b in our pockets).
May i know whose money is that?
Isn't that our own sweat and blood money that deducted from our wages? No?
Now are we supposed to say thank you for giving us our money back?
My answer is,F#*k You.
what about the cost of spare parts for the government vehicles? there are also few hundreds % above market values. The present system is corrupted into the core.. We will be net importer of crude oil in another 3 years and where our govn't will get revenue to feed these bastards?
I implemented some system for one of our anchor banks. According to their staffs who complained to us, their payroll system also shit... those employees who left the bank, they still get their salary banked into their account every month.
Some who took company cars, don't even have to return the car because the system didn't record those benefits!!! Can you believe it!!!! I also wanna work in that bank!!!
" I DONT KNOW"..wait " I LOOK INTO IT"..next year...repeat same stuff.."I DONT KNOW".."I LOOK INTO T"..next year..rpeat same stuff again....
To hell, who cares!
The practice of government departments buying commercial products through "connected" intermediaries at insane prices is nothing new.
Its standard government practice, part of NEP implementation.
The Auditor General can make as much noise as he likes - the top man fully supports the system.
It has happen before. It is still happening. What makes us think the system will change?
AAB? KJ? Fat hopes!
What has all the bodek UMNO ministers and leaders got to say about this wonderfool BN administration? Yes, vote BN ! For what ? For the complete corrupted and malpractices in teh civil service? SIL, Nazi, Zam ?? They have all gone dumb.
