The Virtue of PAS Leadership

PAS vice-president Datuk Husam Musa said although there was no formal electoral pact with DAP, PAS had decided to offer a post in the exco line-up to the DAP in Kedah State Government.

PKR was also prepared to accept V. Arumugam into the party and offered him an exco position in order to have an Indian representative in the Kedah State Government.

In Perak, PAS assured the people of Perak that the new government will not be a PAS government. State PAS commissioner Ahmad Awang said PAS would just be a partner of the new ruling coalition government even if the new Mentri Besar were to be from PAS.

Ahamd said: "This is not a PAS government. It is mixed government of the people in which PAS is a part of."

"Similarly, if the Mentri Besar was from the DAP or PKR, the government would not be a government of either party."

"We will not discriminate against other races or religions. We realise that we only hold 6 state seats as compared with 18 by the DAP and 7 by PKR."

Datuk Husam Musa also assured the people of Perak that there would be no major policy changes, especially social ones. "The most important thing is to have a prudent and clean government to bring justice to the community of all races."

"We do not want to form a coalition government for only one term but hope that it will be one that lasts 50 years and beyond."

Maybe, PAS should organized a special trip for the Non-Muslim people of Perak to visit Kelantan to see for themselves how the Chinese and Indians in the state are faring, how they are having peaceful and prosperous lifestyle under the Islamic state concept and have nothing to fear about the Islamic laws for as long as they did not commit crimes sanctioned by all religion.

Doc,
it is so simple. PAS don't even need to spend huge sum of money to have road trips.

For mandarin educated Chinese, the easiest way to show it are having a talk with DJZ, and get some fruitful things from the talk. Next, a visit to Lim Liang Giok graveyard.

Ha, barely one day after the election result, TV was flashing the news PAS intend to implement Hudud Law in Kedah. The media is very intent on casting fear and doubt on the non-Muslims in regards to PAS.

Hope the people can see through all those propagandas the media is trying feed the rakyat.

Just focus on doing the work. Clean up the current mess and bring in development. The propaganda will crumble automatically in less than 1 year.

Pas Kelantan rules for the past 18 years. Don't compare scenario there to new PAS Kedah state.

Why not compare when PAS rules Terengganu, what have they done beside giving few piece of land to chinese and 50-60 thousands piece to malay.

They appoint no-balls male other state immigrate chinese as non-muslim representative and everyday screwed up and down by chinese. Many not even know it existence.

If Pas Kedah rules and handle things like they previously rules Terengganu, they will only last one term.

How to control and how rakyat change of behaviour are expected.

Non-Muslim may face:-

1. Change of altitudes in government departments majority malays staff toward non-muslim.

2. They may think gormen now PAS should be 100% malay one, they can do what they like toward non-muslim.

3. They no more worry of federal influence if they treat unfairly to non-muslim because MCA/MIC no more can help them.

4. May expect those proud PAS Hajis from kampung beside the jungle came out mingling in city affair of anything they deem wrong.

5. Old BN corrupter go and new down down line PAS supporter cum new corrupter appearing in numbers.

6. Make sure all the exco and their relative don't award acres of land in 4 years time if they want to survive another term.

7. If they declare they are so good, why they loose Trg seats in great numbers after giving a trust for one term. I already seeing they destroy the state more then they can build.

8. I hate Trg MB. No respect for rakyat, no caring for business community, behave like gangster, extremely high ego, talk and walk exactly like the ancient lanun king. If he can treat other muslimin like that, what is it with chinese. But I worry more of PAS lousy management more than him.

PAS is a PAS and how they say they represent all races is what I want to see in next 4 years in Kedah.

Don't tell me they got wakil cina with name Bo Gin Chen bin Abdullah to represent and earn chinese respect same like if Penang put Moo Ham Mat and Sam Su Din Abdullah to earn malay respect.
